Workout Wednesday!

Derrick was attending a boot camp class for a few weeks and decided to show me some of the moves, or rather torture me with some of the moves.  It actually wasn’t that bad.  We did various core workouts for about 20 minutes, and I’m surprised how strong my abs have gotten after many weeks of Pilates!  Tomorrow, we are walking to the gym at the neighborhood amenity center and focusing on upper and lower body. I’m looking forward to the leg workouts because I want my legs to look like hers:
