Lynley and Corbin are sporting some new duds these days. Mamas and Papas Babywear sent each of them an item of clothing to test out, and I can say that we are huge fans of their fun, trendy prints and soft fabrics!

Mamas and Papas is a family business that began 30 years ago in Great Britian. It’s since grown to be the
country’s favorite baby brand by designing products for parents by parents. Babywear is just one of the many facets of the busniess. Mamas and Papas also sells gear, such as strollers, nursery bedding and furniture, cribs, high chairs and the list goes on. We will definitely be checking out what other items they have to offer because we are pretty pleased with the clothing.
Lynley received the Pink Stripe Dress and Button Detail Leggings in size 9 to 12 months. Although it looks more like a lavender color to me. I have to say that when I first pulled the items out of the box, I thought there is no way that will fit her. It looked huge! It is a little bit big even after washing and drying. You can see in the photos that the sleeves are too long, but the body and neck line are fine. The leggings are also a bit long, but the waist can be rolled. I absolutely love the button detailing on the teal leggings, and I can’t wait until she is tall enough to be tripping over them. We still have a good month or two before the cold weather hits, and I know this outfit will fit her better soon. So, overall satisfaction with Lynley’s outfit? 9 out of 10 only because I believe the sizes run a little big. I know that Lynley is small for 11 months, and small for 9 months if you go by her adjusted age, but even Corbin’s piece was a bit big.

Corbin received the Funky All-Over one piece in size 9 to 12 months. I’m a big fan of putting him in yellow and gray these days, so I’m happy to have received this particular design. And aren’t the little top hats just adorable? I also like the fact that the buttons are on the side vs. up the middle. This has made changing time much easier, since all he wants to do is flip over! I can let him roll over and still get to his buttons without having to do as much wrestling. This one piece will be perfect for sleeping when it gets a bit colder out, and he gets a bit taller. It fits him well in the neck and arms, but the legs are long. He slept in it last night, and when I picked him up this morning, his legs were out of the leg holes and all twisted inside the body of the sleeper! 9 out of 10 again, for the same reason.
All of the clothing at Mamas and Papas is affordable and fashionable with pieces from low to high end. They even have a unisex line, great for gift giving before you know the gender. And, great for us moms to twins of both sexes.. they can share!
Spit and Sparkles received items of clothing free of charge in exchange for a product review. I received no other compensation. All opinions are honest and my own.
