Exercise/Fitness Tip of the week: Do squats or pushups during commercial breaks while you’re watching TV. Or if you aren’t super motivated, how about a little bit of stretching? The idea is to maximize your time, so if you just can’t miss that episode of Grey’s Anatomy, but feel guilty for skipping your workout, do both!
What I’m doing this week: Pilates again! I loved the class last week with the exercise ball. It definitely targeted the areas I want to work on. You know, those little fat pockets that sit right under our bums! I didn’t do the 10 minute sexy legs workout, so I am breaking my promise and not posting it yet. I will be sure to do that next week.

I love your workout wednesdays posts! I’ve been running/power walking 2-3 miles on the treadmill 4 times a week. And it totally helps to have a good TV show on at the same time!
It really feels like you are multi-tasking when you do it this way, and frees up a lot of time!
